The Secret cup concluded here in DC with the awards ceremony. Contestants from across the nation, the DC cannabis community, and prominent artists were in attendance.Unfortunately, the police also witnessed these historic and not-so-secret DC cannabis cup awards. Rappers N.O.R.E, Busy Bee Starskie, and Chris Crayzie also came out.
